Gluten-Free Charcuterie Board – a delicious and easy gluten-free charcuterie board that everyone will love!

This post is sponsored by Simple Mills®, but the opinions are my own!
Perfect for an appetizer or a light dinner!
Are you guys as excited as I am about football season! We basically throw a football party every weekend and I am always trying to come up with healthier appetizer/snack options that will still be popular with the masses – enter Healthy Charcuterie Board! There is a little something for everyone and it is so easy to put together! Also, it could easily double as an awesome date-night-in charcuterie board for two!
If you follow me on Instagram at all, you know I am a HUGE fan of Simple Mills. After doing several rounds of Whole30, one thing I learned is that my body doesn’t tolerate a lot of gluten or grains, so I try to limit them. Simple Mills makes some of my absolute favorite crackers – their Original Sprouted Seed Crackers are pictured on this charcuterie board and they are so delicious! And they are being sold at Whole Foods now!! (yay!). They recently updated them to a hexagon shape (all the better for dipping, I say!) – same amazing taste, new shape 🙂 The other cracker pictured is their new Everything Sprouted Seed Crackers (also delicious). I just love that I can snack on a few of these and I don’t get a stomach ache (check out the amazing list of ingredients!)
I go through everything on the board in the recipe below, but I wanted to highlight the yummy Paleo Blackberry Jam and then the Coconut Cream + Honey – both super, super easy add-ins for your health-conscious charcuterie board!! I also sprinkled a little bit of goat cheese on top of everything, but feel free to skip that! (I am allergic to dairy, but can seem handle just a little bit of goat cheese, which I think is pretty common!).
Enjoy!
