Description

The easiest appetizer ever and perfect for every holiday – Caprese Skewers are simple, fresh and delicious!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 46oz mini mozzarella balls
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • .5oz fresh basil leaves
  • balsamic glaze
  • extra long toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Take a long toothpick in your hand and pierce a cherry tomato, sliding it all the way to the end. Repeat that process with a piece of fresh basil, mozzarella ball, another piece of fresh basil and another cherry tomato. 
  2. Repeat this process until you have used up all the ingredients.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and serve.

Notes

  • Make Ahead: These are a great appetizer to make-ahead! Just assemble, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator and then drizzle with balsamic glaze right before serving.
