A fun and delicious festive dessert that is dairy-free! If you guys are looking for a fall dessert that is a little different than your typical pumpkin bar – you have got to try these Root Beer Floats! I know the pumpkin and the root beer are not your typical combo, but I promise you – they are SO yummy! It’s like pumpkin pie in a glass!

Substitutions
- Ice Cream: we kept this dairy-free with a dairy-free ice cream, but regular ice cream would be great too!
- Root Beer: love the flavor of a ginger root beer but regular root beer also works!
How To Make A Dairy-Free Pumpkin Ginger Root Beer Float
Simply mix your desired ice cream with some pumpkin spice and ginger, re-freeze, and then put it in a glass and pour the root beer over the top.

Description
Our delicious Dairy-Free Pumpkin Ginger Root Beer Float is a fun spin on a classic root beer float! Perfect for hot summer days!
Ingredients
- 3 scoops dairy-free vanilla ice cream
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin spice
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger
- Ginger Root Beer
Instructions
- Ice Cream Mixture: Place soft ice cream in a small bowl, add fresh ginger and pumpkin spice. Stir to mix (might have to let it melt a little). Place back in freezer to let re-freeze.
- Root Beer Float: Place ice cream in a tall glass. Pour Ginger Root Beer over top. Sprinkle with additional pumpkin spice, as desired.
- Serve: Feel free to top with whipped coconut cream and enjoy!

- Ginger Root Beer – we used Zevia Ginger Root Beer, but feel free to use what is at your local grocery store.
