- ¼ cup soy sauce, sub coconut aminos or tamari
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
Instructions
- Combine: In a mason jar, add ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons chicken broth, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, and 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce. Secure a lid on top, and shake to combine. Or put them in a small bowl and whisk.

I plan to make a vegetarian version of this (vegetable broth, no oyster sauce). How long would it keep in the fridge?

Since this is a soy sauce based sauce it should be good in the fridge for at least week, most likely 2 and you should be fine!
