Meal Prep

Here at The Wooden Skillet we have busy family schedules, which means that we like to be on top of our menu planning and meal prep as much as possible!  So whether you are making a big batch of shredded chicken for lunch & dinner, some hard boiled eggs for a quick breakfast, or energy balls for snacks, we have a ton of great meal prep options!


Lunch/Dinner

Ever cooked an entire pork shoulder or pork butt to make pulled pork?

If you haven’t, we highly recommend it!! Smoke it on Sunday (or use a slow cooker), enjoy for a family dinner that night with your favorite BBQ sauce, and then use it to make tacos, slidersnachos, salads, or sandwiches!
