Easy Vegan Breakfast Burrito Recipe
Your breakfast menu is looking GOOD with this on it!
I am all about quick and easy breakfasts the days (aren’t we all) so I am so excited to be bringing you these Vegan Breakfast Burritos today! They are super easy to throw together (I mean, you can add other ingredients, but I wanted to keep these as simple and quick as possible) and SO yummy!!! My favorite part is the combination of the tofu scramble and the Creamy Siracha Sauce (made creamy with some Califia Farms Unsweetened Almondmilk). It is such a good flavor combo! Add as much or as little as you want depending on your spice preference!

- Servings: the number of servings depends upon how big your burritos are! If you use large tortillas it will make 3-4 burritos. Of course, if you use smaller tortillas you will end up with 6-8 burritos.
- Additional Add-Ins: you could add roasted potatoes, sautéed bell peppers or even some quinoa!
