This deliciously creamy pistachio latte can easily be made at home in your very own kitchen and tastes just like the one made at Starbucks! The best part about making it at home is that you can control what goes into it and how sweet it is. You can really make it to be just right for your taste preferences – whether you have it hot or cold!
What You Will Need
- hot coffee or hot cold brew – choose the option that works for you! Feel free to checkout our tutorial on how to make cold brew if you want to make some at home.
- pistachio milk – you can get store-bought or make it yourself at home using this easy guide!
- vanilla extract – just a dash for flavor.
- maple syrup or date syrup – a touch of sweetness, you choose which one to use and how much!
Can I Make A Pistachio Latte Hot Or Cold?
Yes, absolutely! If you want a hot latte, then just follow the instructions as they are written in the recipe card below. If you want a cold latte, then use cold/iced coffee or cold brew and then don’t heat up or froth your pistachio milk. Just serve it over the cold coffee and enjoy on ice!
How To Make a Pistachio Latte
Step one – pour your coffee into a mug.
Step two – put the pistachio milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup in a milk frother.
Step three – after the frothing is complete, pour it on top of your coffee.
Step four – enjoy!
Step five – option to serve cold!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup hot coffee (or hot cold brew)
- 3/4 cup pistachio milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or date syrup)
Instructions
- Pour hot coffee in a mug and set aside.
- Add pistachio milk, vanilla extract and maple syrup into either a milk frother or a small saucepan. Stir to combine. If using a frother simply froth on your normal setting. If using a saucepan, simply warm up pistachio milk.
- Pour warmed/frothed pistachio milk on top of coffee.
- Enjoy!
Notes
- Make it iced: to make it iced simply use cold/iced coffee or cold brew coffee, don’t heat up or froth your pistachio milk and serve over ice! Easy!
