Ingredients
Shamrock Shake:
- 2 cups vanilla bean ice cream, regular or dairy-free
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, OR regular milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 5-10 drops green food coloring
- ¼ – ½ teaspoon mint extract
Topping Suggestion:
- whipped cream, regular or dairy-free
- maraschino cherry
- green sprinkles
Instructions
- Blender: In a high-powered blender, add 2 cups vanilla bean ice cream, ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, 5-10 drops green food coloring, and ¼ – ½ teaspoon mint extract. Blend until smooth.
- Consistency + Taste: To thicken add additional ice cream. To thin add a splash of milk. Blend again to incorporate. Taste and add additional mint extract, as desired.
- Serve: Enjoy immediately with any desired toppings!
