Chili Seasoning – an easy, classic chili seasoning recipe. Works in any chili recipe! Simple ingredients you most likely have on hand!
Ingredients

- 2–3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
- Stir to combine.
- Use in your favorite chili recipe (we love this Creamy Pumpkin Chili, Vegan Pumpkin Chili and this Paleo Chili).
Notes
- Chili Powder: feel free to add up to 4 tablespoons of chili powder for a stronger flavor.
- Spice: if you want more spice feel free to increase the cumin and add a little cayenne pepper.
- Amount: this amount is great for a chili recipe that calls for 1/2 – 2 pounds of ground beef.
- Taste and Adjust: everyone is different so always taste and adjust after adding – feel free to add more chili powder or kosher salt, as needed.
