The Best Vegan Peaches And Cream Popsicles
We are do not follow a strict vegan diet, but we do love to incorporate a lot of plant-based recipes that taste amazing! Over the years, we have perfected a few different dairy-free popsicles, like our Strawberry Shortcake Popsicles & Coconut Key Lime Popsicles. Homemade popsicle recipes are surprisingly quick and easy to make! Plus, you don’t have to worry about all those crazy ingredients in store-bought versions. Our kids look forward to making these every summer!
Looking for another dairy free popsicle recipe? You have to try our Strawberry, Cherry, and Cream Popsicles!
What You Will Need
- coconut cream – the wonderful creamy base that keeps it dairy-free!
- maple syrup – just a little bit for a touch of sweetness.
- vanilla extract – always great for some added flavor in most dessert recipes.
- ground cinnamon – a sprinkling of this spice is a nice compliment to the sweet peaches.
- fresh peach – we always find the best peaches at our local grocery store or farmer’s market during peach season in the late summer!
How To Make Peaches & Cream Popsicles
The first steps to making this easy recipe are to place the minimal ingredients (except the peaches) in a large bowl and use a hand mixer to combine everything. You can also place these ingredients in a food processor or blender to combine. Then place two slices of fresh peaches in each popsicle mold and pour the cream mixture over the top. Place popsicle sticks in the middle of each mold and carefully set it all in the freezer overnight.
