If you have ever been too intimidated to make homemade dressings, let us assure you that it is so much easier than you think! You probably already have all the ingredients at home and it will only take you about 5 minutes to mix it all up. This easy recipe for our ginger sesame dressing is just that and we love serving it with asian-inspired salads or an asian noodle salad! The delicious flavors work so well together and it is the perfect weeknight dinner, especially in those hot summer months!

What You Will Need
- fresh ginger root – this little ingredient really packs a refreshing flavor punch. You can find it at your local grocery store.
- rice vinegar & fish sauce – classic ingredients that are traditional to this dressing recipe.
- soy sauce – option to use a low-sodium soy sauce or light soy sauce. Or sub with tamari to make it gluten-free.
- olive oil or avocado oil – an essential component for any homemade salad dressing recipe.
- coconut sugar – a little bit for a touch of sweetness.
- garlic – everything is always better with some garlic in the mix.

Our all-time favorite way to enjoy this dressing is to drizzle it over our Poke Salad! Add a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds on top and you are going to love it. It would also be great over a tuna poke bowl or salmon poke bowl. And if raw fish isn’t your thing, try it over some jasmine rice to make grain bowls, mixed in to your hot ramen noodles, or another Asian-inspired noodle recipe. It is also great with some baked chicken wings on game day or over some salmon fillets for another easy dinner option! Plus, it would also make a great dipping sauce because it is such a versatile dressing!

- Storage: store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 6-7 days. Whisk to combine before using, as ingredients will separate while sitting. It is one of our favorite things to meal prep because it might even be better the next day!
