Creamy Italian Dressing – a light and delicious, homemade Italian dressing that is dairy-free, Whole30 and Paleo!
This post is sponsored by Califia Farms®, but the opinions are my own.
This is the PERFECT for all your summer recipes!
Healthy Italian Dressing (Whole30/Paleo)
If I learned one thing from eating a Whole30/Paleo-focused diet, it is that you HAVE to read your ingredient list! I know I am always surprised when I look at the ingredient list for salad dressing – I can’t even pronounce half of those ingredients! Even though there are (thankfully) some really awesome companies out there making cleaner-ingredient dressing, sometimes you don’t have those on hand!
So I thought I would create a light and delicious dressing that you could use in your summer pasta salads, grilled romaine salads, grilled vegetable salads and roasted cauliflower salads!!
Is this Creamy Italian Dressing Dairy-Free?
Yes this dressing is dairy-free and plant-based! I used Califia farms unsweetened almondmilk to make this dressing creamy!
How to Make this Italian Dressing Extra Creamy:
If you are looking for an extra creamy dressing, simply sub Califia Farms Unsweetened BetterHalf Creamer in place of the almondmilk!!
How to Store Creamy Italian Dressing:
Simply store in the refrigerator! But note that separation will occur when it gets cold; just re-whisk before use!
