Creamy Italian Dressing – a light and delicious, homemade Italian dressing that is dairy-free, Whole30 and Paleo!

Healthy Italian Dressing
This is the PERFECT for all your summer recipes!
If I learned one thing from eating a Whole30/Paleo-focused diet, it is that you HAVE to read your ingredient list! I know I am always surprised when I look at the ingredient list for salad dressing – I can’t even pronounce half of those ingredients! Even though there are (thankfully) some really awesome companies out there making cleaner-ingredient dressing, sometimes you don’t have those on hand!
So I thought I would create a light and delicious dressing that you could use in your summer pasta salads, grilled romaine salads, grilled vegetable salads and roasted cauliflower salads!!
Is this Creamy Italian Dressing Dairy-Free
Yes this dressing is dairy-free and plant-based! I used Califia farms unsweetened almondmilk to make this dressing creamy!
How to Store Creamy Italian Dressing
Simply store in the refrigerator! But note that separation will occur when it gets cold; just re-whisk before use!

Tatse great! Next time I’ll cut down on the kosher salt because it’s a bit too salty for me.
Erin says
So glad you hear that, Debbie! And, yes, definitely adjust salt per your preferences š
