How To Make Pork Chop Seasoning

Step 1 – Measure out the spices.

Step 2 – Mix them up!
When To Season Pork Chops?
Letting the seasoning sit on the pork chops for 15-30 minutes before cooking will help bring out the meat’s natural flavors. If you have the time, pork chops can be seasoned, covered tightly, and stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours before cooking. This dry-brining helps enhance the flavor even more!

Step 3 – Coat both sides of each pork chop with the seasoning.
Pro Tip!
Purchase fresh pork chops, season them, and then store in a freezer-safe bag (try and remove as much air as possible) in the freezer. Thaw in the the fridge overnight and then cook any way you want. It makes it easier for you to cook right away and the seasoning is able to really penetrate those meat fibers for maximum flavor!
