Key Ingredients
Be sure to see the recipe card below for a full listing of ingredients, instructions, and estimated nutritional information.

- corned beef – if you can find it at your local grocery stores, we highly recommend Budding Corned Beef. Or feel free to ask the deli for very thinly sliced corned beef deli meat.
- mayo – the creamy base for this tasty dip.
- sour cream – we use regular sour cream, but you can also substitute it with dairy-free sour cream.
- yellow onion – a little bit of mild onion that always adds the best flavor.
- seasoned salt & dill weed – absolutely love this seasoning blend, please be sure to taste and make any adjustments according to your personal preferences.
- bagels – just cut your favorite variety of bagels into 1-inch cubes or bite-sized pieces for easy dunking. Bagel chips would also work, but we love a good soft, chewy bagel!
How To Make Bagel Dip

Step 1: Put all of the ingredients (except the bagel pieces) in a large bowl. Give this savory dip a good mix to fully combine.
Pro Tip: Make Ahead of Time
Highly recommend making this creamy dip the night before you plan to serve it! Just store in an airtight container in the fridge overnight. This gives all the flavors time to hangout together and chill. It will still be delicious right away, but chilling for a few hours or overnight really brings it to the next level!

Step 2: Place in the refrigerator to let all those flavors meld and then serve with some cut up pieces of your favorite bagel (we recommend plain bagels or everything bagels).
Best Ways To Serve Bagel Dip
We always put our bagel dip in a serving bowl and enjoy with large chunks of plain bagels that we cut-up ahead of time. It is as simple as that! You could also scoop this easy appetizer with pita chips, rye crackers, potato chips, or any other favorite dippers. The perfect appetizer or snack to share with your family or friends at a cabin, cookout, or special occasion gathering.

Make Ahead + Storage
- Make Ahead: This dip is actually best when made ahead of time. Prepare it up to 24 hours in advance and store covered in the refrigerator to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Storage: Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
Recipe FAQs
- Can I use leftover corned beef? We have always made it with thinly sliced deli corned beef, but you could absolutely use some leftover corned beef. Just make sure to cut or break apart into small/thin pieces so it is easy for scooping.
