What You Will Need
- pickle spears – just pick-up your favorite pickle spears from the local grocery store or make our refrigerator dill pickles.
- olive oil – a little bit brushed on the outside of the pickles helps with roasting.
How To Make Grilled Pickles
The first steps to making this easy recipe is to brush a little olive oil on the pickle spears that you plan to grill.

Place the pickle spears directly on the grill grates of a preheated gas grill after spraying them with a nonstick cooking spray. Flip after 1 minute and remove after they have some charred grill marks.

Best Ways To Serve Grilled Pickles
Our absolute favorite way to enjoy them is in our Dill Pickle Chicken Salad! All of the light & refreshing flavors are so good together. Honestly, they would be great with just about any summer salad. Another great way to enjoy them is included in a wrap or on the side with a sandwich or grilled burgers.
