What You Will Need
- oatmeal – simply pick-up your favorite oatmeal from your local grocery store and cook according to the package directions. Check the label to certify it is gluten-free, if that’s a concern for you.
- banana & goji berries – add a little fruit to the mix for some natural sweetness.
- flax meal & chia seeds – these great additions add so much nutrients!
- nut butter – we love using almond butter, but any nut butter would work great – peanut butter, cashew butter, etc.
- chocolate chips – adds a little more sweetness and what doesn’t taste better with some chocolate in the mix!?
How To Make An Oatmeal Bowl

Good Morning from the ‘lower’ midwest! I just finished my first Whole30 and your takeover and subsequent Instagram posts/stories/recipes definitely helped me along the way!! It’s chilly and rainy here this morning (unusually cold for end of August) and these oatmeal bowls look amazing! I almost always put chocolate chips in my oatmeal – just like eating cookie batter. Thanks for all of the tips and recipes! Supermoms need Superfood!
