What You Will Need
- graham cracker – simply place a graham cracker in a plastic bag and roll over with a rolling pin to crush into crumbs.
- real maple syrup – a little bit for the rim and adds a touch of sweetness to the martini recipe.
- vodka – we used our favorite regular vodka, but feel free to use a flavored vodka too, like vanilla vodka.
- rum – highly recommend picking up your favorite clear rum from your local liquor store.
- real pumpkin puree – option to learn how to make pumpkin puree or buy a store-bought version at the grocery store.
- cream – to keep this easy cocktail dairy free, you can use NutPods. Otherwise, feel free to use half-&-half or heavy cream.
- pumpkin pie spice – adds all those warm spices for the best flavor!
- ice cubes – added to the cocktail shaker to chill this perfect cocktail before pouring.
How To Make A Pumpkin Pie Martini
The first steps to making this easy recipe are to gather all of the ingredients.
Now put the graham cracker crumbs on a small plate and rub maple syrup around the rim of a martini glass. Tip the glass over and turn the sticky rim in the crumbs. Then place all of the martini ingredients in a martini shaker or mason jar, shake, and pour into the prepared martini glasses.
Garnish this perfect drink any way you want! We love adding some whipped cream, cinnamon sticks, and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice or ground cinnamon.

Description
Our festive Pumpkin Pie Martini recipe is a delicious cocktail to serve at your next Fall party! Tastes just like a classic pumpkin pie!
Ingredients
Graham Cracker Rim:
- 1 graham cracker, crushed
- real maple syrup
Pumpkin Pie Martini:
- 1oz vodka
- 1oz clear rum
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin purée
- 1oz pure maple syrup
- 1oz half and half
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ice cubes
- garnish: homemade whipped cream, cinnamon stick, caramel sauce
Instructions
- Rim: Rub a little bit of the maple syrup along the rim of the glass (alternatively you can pour some extra maple syrup on a plate and dip the rim in it – but it will drip a bit). Then dip the coated rim in crushed graham crackers to coat.
- Martini: Place all of the martini ingredients in a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes. Secure the lid on top and give it a good shake. Pour into your cocktail glass.
- Garnish: Top with some whipped cream, a little sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice and a cinnamon stick – enjoy!
Notes
- Real Maple Syrup: this will mix together better if it is at room temp – if it is really cold it will fall to the bottom and not mix in as well.
- Dairy Free: simply use a dairy-free unsweetened unflavored creamer (we used Nutpods) instead of half & half.
- Gluten Free: use gluten-free graham crackers for the rim or omit.
