We love this scallion cream cheese on a smoked salmon bagel sandwich, with crackers, on some toast or as a dip for vegetables. Plus you have to option to get creative with some fun toppings after you cover your bagel or toast in this amazing spread.
What You Will Need
- plain cream cheese – grab some regular cream cheese or grab a dairy-free option.
- onion powder, garlic powder, & kosher salt – a seasoning combo that goes great with the fresh scallions.
- chopped scallions (aka green onions) – option to add more and less, up to you!

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain cream cheese spread (regular or dairy-free)
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup scallions, sliced (use more or less, as desired)
Instructions
- Measure out the ingredients.
- Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- Mix them together with a spoon until they are fully combined.
- Alternatively, you can add the ingredients to a food processor and pulse a few times to combine.
