Thai Chicken Skewers with Creamy Almond Sauce – a quick and healthy meal that is perfect for lunch or dinner! (Whole30/Paleo)
This post is sponsored by Georgia Grinders®, but the opinions are my own.
The perfect addition to your weeknight menu!
You guys have been LOVING my weekly meal plans and this recipe will definitely be added to next week’s! It is super simple, but full of flavor and officially kid (and husband) approved!
My favorite part is definitely the sauce :). If you haven’t tried Georgia Grinders nut butters yet – I can’t recommend them enough. They are Whole30 compliant, creamy and have only 2 ingredients! I love how well the almond butter works in this dipping sauce. So yummy!

Looks delicious. Can you direct me to the recipe for the cucumber and sesame seed ribbons that are in the photo? Thanks!
Hi, Linsi! Thank you! I just used a vegetable peeler on some small English cucumbers and sprinkled them with sesame seeds! But let me know if you have any other questions!
