- 1/2 cup mayo

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, chopped (more if desired)
Instructions
- Add ingredients to a small blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Taste and add additional chipotle peppers, as desired, and blend again.
- Store in the refrigerator or use immediately on your favorite salad – we love this one on our Chopped Tex Mex Salad!

- Flavor: the flavors tend to deepen and become better if you can store it overnight in the refrigerator – but it is still good if you use it right away!
