Description

Creamy Avocado Smoothie – a smooth and delicious smoothie that is full of amazing and healthy ingredients – leaves you full and satisfied!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½1 avocado (use frozen, if desired)
  • 1/2 large frozen banana, cut into chunks
  • 1 serving collagen peptides
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax meal
  • 1 generous handful of raw spinach, anywhere from 1/2 cup to a full cup
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • tiny pinch of kosher salt
  • (optional) 1/2 cup frozen pineapple

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until fully combined, about 1-2 minutes, scraping down sides if necessary.
  3. Pour and enjoy!

Notes

  • Consistency: option to use more almond milk to thin it out or toss in ice if you are using fresh (not frozen) ingredients to thicken it up a bit.
  • Sweetness: we really love adding a touch of sweetness by tossing in some pineapple!
  • Chill: If you didn’t use frozen avocados, then you will want to place in the fridge to allow it to cool down – drinking it cold is better.
