Description

Our delicious, fresh Strawberry Vinaigrette dressing is made with real, simple ingredients in only 5 minutes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 large strawberries, leaves removed & cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend: Put all of the ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Blend on high until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  2. Adjust Flavor: Taste the dressing and make any flavor adjustments, as desired.
  3. Serve: Enjoy on your favorite salad – we love it on our Grilled Protein Chicken Salad + Seedy Granola Crunch!

Notes

  • More Sweet: if you prefer a more sweet dressing, simply add more sugar.
  • More Tart: to bring a more tart, tangy flavor, add a little more red wine vinegar.
  • Frozen Strawberries: we prefer fresh strawberries, but you can easily use frozen too. Just thaw the strawberries & discard the excess liquid before blending.
  • Storage: keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
