Our delicious, fresh Strawberry Vinaigrette dressing is made with real, simple ingredients in only 5 minutes!
Ingredients

- 12 large strawberries, leaves removed & cut in half
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend: Put all of the ingredients in a small food processor or blender. Blend on high until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- Adjust Flavor: Taste the dressing and make any flavor adjustments, as desired.
- Serve: Enjoy on your favorite salad – we love it on our Grilled Protein Chicken Salad + Seedy Granola Crunch!
Notes
- More Sweet: if you prefer a more sweet dressing, simply add more sugar.
- More Tart: to bring a more tart, tangy flavor, add a little more red wine vinegar.
- Frozen Strawberries: we prefer fresh strawberries, but you can easily use frozen too. Just thaw the strawberries & discard the excess liquid before blending.
- Storage: keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 4-5 days.
