What You Will Need
- canned tomato sauce – just pick up a can at your local grocery stores. We always have one hanging out in the pantry!
- ketchup – another ingredient that we always have on hand! You can also make your own homemade ketchup, if you want.

Notes
- Paleo/Whole30 – use a ketchup (homemade option) and either make your own taco sauce or sub in some hot sauce with clean ingredients!
- Taste and Adjust: this is definitely one of those recipes that you need to taste after making and then adjust to your personal preference!
- Too Thick: Add water, one tablespoon at a time & mix to thin out.
