There are actually a variety of ways to serve this delicious, cold veggie dip:
- Make an epic veggie tray! Cut-up a variety of cucumbers, carrots, bell peppers, pea pods, broccoli, cauliflower, and celery. Place them on a platter with a bowl of this dip in the middle.
- Snack Tray – crackers, pretzels, and potato chips would also make excellent dippers!

- 1 cup mayo
- ½ cup sour cream, regular or dairy-free sour cream
- 3 tablespoons dried parsley
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon onion powder, sub smoked onion powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder, sub smoked garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried dill
- ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon dijon mustard
Instructions
- Combine: In a small bowl, add 1 cup mayo, ½ cup sour cream, 3 tablespoons dried parsley, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon dried minced onion, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon kosher salt, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ½ teaspoon dried dill, ½ teaspoon garlic, and ¼ teaspoon dijon mustard. Stir to combine.
