- Can I use fresh horseradish instead of prepared horseradish? Yes, fresh horseradish can be used but may have a different spice level. Start with a small amount and add more to your liking.
- Can horseradish sauce be made in advance? Yes, mix up the sauce and keep in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 days.

A creamy and delicious Horseradish Sauce recipe that pairs perfectly with your favorite prime rib recipes!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2–3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a small bowl; mix to combine.
- Taste and add additional prepared horseradish, as desired.
