The Perfect Pork Chop Dry Rub Recipe

What You Will Need
- Smoked paprika
- Lemon pepper
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Ground mustard
- Cayenne pepper (optional – if you want to spice them up!)
When Should You Season Pork Chops
We recommend that you pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and then sprinkle this pork chop seasoning (or spice rub) on both sides of your pork chops before you cook them. Letting the seasoning sit on the pork chops for several minutes before cooking will help bring out the meat’s natural flavors.
