Key Ingredients
Be sure to see the recipe card below for a full listing of ingredients, instructions, and estimated nutritional information.

- mayo – just grab your favorite – if you have the time, we love this homemade mayo recipe!
- wasabi – any wasabi would work, this is the one that we used in this recipe. You can adjust the amount to your desired taste or spiciness.
How To Make Wasabi Mayo

Step 1: Pick out your favorite wasabi to purchase from your local grocery store or Asian grocery store.

Step 2: Add ingredients to a bowl.

Step 3: Mix together.

Step 4: Enjoy or store in the refrigerator for later use!
This wasabi sauce has a similar taste to a hot mustard or horseradish. Actually, wasabi is also called Japanese Horseradish so if you have tasted a horseradish before it will have similarities.
In addition the the traditional soy sauce, we definitely love to drizzle it on most sushi rolls and sashimi or use it to dip! It will really bring them to the next level. You could also add this to a sandwich, tuna burgers, or even a salad dressing. Your guests will love it!
You can store this homemade wasabi sauce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
