Iced London Fog FAQ
It is simply taking a classic earl grey tea latte (tea + your choice of milk) and pouring it over ice with a dash of sweetness (maple syrup) and vanilla extract for added flavor.
It all depends on what tea you use. Typically early grey tea has some caffeine but it really depends on which one you use. If caffeine is a concern for you be sure to check your labels!
Absolutely! If you aren’t concerned about it being dairy-free you can use regular cow’s milk or any other milk that you prefer. And if you are feeling a little fancy, you could also use cold foam!
