Iced London Fog – a delicious iced tea drink for summer! These iced london fog drinks are easy, simple and so delicious!
The Perfect Iced London Fog
A London Fog is one of our all-time favorite tea drinks in the winter and when the heat kicked up this summer we knew we needed an iced version! Once you give this simple recipe a try you will never need to buy another one from Starbucks again. So easy and so good!
What You Will Need
- Earl grey tea bag + hot water – just pick your favorite tea bag or loose tea to make a cup.
- Vanilla extract – a dash of flavor
- Maple syrup – a bit of sweetness! By making it at home you can control how sweet it is!
- Unsweetened almond milk – and a little frothed almond milk brings it all together.
What Is An Iced London Fog?
It is simply taking a classic earl grey tea latte (tea + your choice of milk) and pouring it over ice with a dash of sweetness (maple syrup) and vanilla extract for added flavor.
Is There Caffeine In A London Fog?
It all depends on what tea you use. Typically early grey tea has some caffeine but it really depends on which one you use. If caffeine is a concern for you be sure to check your labels!
Can I Use Something Other Than Almond Milk?
Absolutely! If you aren’t concerned about it being dairy-free you can use regular cow’s milk or any other milk that you prefer. And if you are feeling a little fancy, you could also use cold foam!
