What You Will Need
- fresh turkey wings – Quite a bit larger than chicken wings, but just as tasty! Find these at your grocery store or at your local butcher.
- butter – The base of our herbed butter spread.

How To Bake Turkey Wings
While your oven preheats to 400 degrees F, pat down your turkey wings with a clean paper towel. This will help you achieve that crispy skin that we all know and love!
Next, mix together the fresh herbs and butter and place your turkey wings in a casserole dish or on a rimmed baking sheet. Then slather the herbed butter all over the turkey wings, being sure to coat every inch.
How Long To Bake Turkey Wings
Your turkey wings will need to bake for 40-45 minutes, uncovered. Use a meat thermometer to check that the internal temperature has reached 162-163 degrees F at the thickest part of the meat before removing from the oven.
Then remove the turkey wings from the oven and let them sit on the baking pan for 5-10 minutes, as they’ll continue to cook during this time. Plus, letting your meat rest is the easiest way to ensure that the meat gets nice and juicy.
