Ingredients

- 1 cup jasmati rice
- 3/4 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add ingredients to small saucepan.
- Stir to combine.
- Bring to boil, uncovered, stir once.
- Cover and reduce heat and let simmer 15-25 minutes or until rice as absorbed nearly all the liquid.
- Remove from heat and let stand 5-10 minutes.
- Uncover and fluff with a fork.

- Coconut Milk: we recommend using the full fat coconut milk from a can here.
