In our family we love a delicious breakfast recipe that is packed with nutrition and that can be made on those busy school day mornings. This easy yogurt toast recipe is so simple that even our kids can make it themselves, which is a win for everyone! With the option to top this toast any way you want, you can really get creative and try different combinations. Just make sure you drizzle it with plenty of honey for a touch of sweetness!

- fresh blueberries – this is the fruit we chose in this recipe card, but you can use any of your favorite fruits.
- honey – drizzle as much as you want for just a little added sweetness.

The first step to making this easy recipe is to toast a slice of bread. Then sprinkle some ground flax and/or chia seeds on top. Spread on a generous amount of yogurt, top with blueberries, and some honey!

Yogurt Toast – Simple, beautiful and perfect for those mornings when you are running out the door!
Ingredients
- 1 piece of toast (gluten-free works too)
- 1/2 tablespoon of ground flax (and/or chia seeds)
- 1/4–1/2 cup of dairy-free yogurt
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- Take toast and sprinkle flax and/or chia seeds on top.
- Place the yogurt on top and spread with a spoon, making a little bowl out of it.
- Add blueberries on top of the yogurt and drizzle with honey.
Notes
- Yogurt: we love to use dairy-free yogurt, but you can use any of your favorite yogurt varieties (Greek yogurt, regular yogurt, etc.).
- Blueberries: this is the fruit we used, but this easy recipe would also be great with raspberries, blackberries, banana slices, strawberries, etc.
