Seasonal Pumpkin Cold Brew
I prefer a cold brew coffee over a traditional cup any day. And since I wasn’t willing to push my drink of choice aside come the fall season, I came up with this easy pumpkin cold brew recipe! I made this one super simple by just using my trusty blender and a few simple ingredients. It’s similar to my pumpkin cream cold brew, but with less steps and no cream. Take it to the next level and serve it with some of my divine pumpkin bread or pumpkin muffins!
Key Ingredients & Substitutions

- Pumpkin Pie Spice: Ran out? Make your own with our homemade pumpkin spice recipe.
- Cold Brew Coffee: I like having a few cans of these at the ready, but when I have the time I like brewing my own batch right in my french press!

Recipe FAQs
Simply select a decaf cold brew or use decaf beans when making your own.
Starbucks uses ice, a cold brew, and pumpkin cream, which is composed of vanilla syrups, sugars, milk, and pumpkin puree. In short, I counted over 20 ingredients when checking this on their site. Needless to say that the homemade version uses much simpler ingredients.
Ours has a mild sweetness thanks to maple syrup, but I included an ingredient range to allow you the freedom to adjust the sweetness level to your liking.
I prefer cold brew as it tends to have less acid than hot brewed coffee, making it easier to drink for those who have acid reflux. However, since what’s deemed healthy is subjective, adjust the ingredients/amounts to meet your nutritional needs.
