Description

Make a homemade pumpkin cold brew coffee with pumpkin puree that’s naturally sweetened with maple syrup! A new seasonal favorite!


Ingredients

Pumpkin Cold Brew:

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 13 tablespoons real maple syrup (depending upon how sweet you want it)
  • 1/2 cup – 1 cup cold brew coffee

Toppings (optional):

  • whipped almond milk or coconut milk
  • sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. Blend: Blend all of the ingredients on high for 1-minute.
  2. Pour: Pour pumpkin cold brew mixture into a glass over ice.
  3. Enjoy: Add some whipped cream and sprinkle with some pumpkin spice!

Notes

  • Taste and adjust: I would start with a tablespoon or two of maple syrup then blend, then add additional maple syrup if needed!
  • dairy-free: Make this completely dairy-free by using unsweetened almond milk and dairy-free whipped cream.
  • Add-in: feel free to add in some collagen if you want!
