Description

An easy and simple Air Fryer Hard Boiled Eggs recipe that delivers perfect, easy-to-peel eggs every time! Perfect for breakfast on the go or a healthy snack!


Ingredients

  • 6 whole eggs
  • air fryer

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300 degrees F. for 5 minutes.
  2. Place eggs in the air fryer basket and let cook 11-12 minutes. 
  3. Carefully remove and transfer directly into an ice bath. Let cool 10 minutes.
  4. If you ended up with a few brown spots on the your eggs, simply rub them off with water (after they have cooled off).
  5. Dry off and store in the refrigerator or use in your favorite recipe (we love this Classic Egg Salad or Deviled Eggs).

Notes

  • *Air Fryer: a Ninja basket air fryer was used to test this recipe – air fryer styles can differ as far as how hot they get, etc. so adjust the time, as needed, for your specific model.
  • Storage: Store peeled or unpeeled eggs in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
  • Serving: use hard boiled eggs in our Classic Egg Salad, Deviled Egg Potato Salad or these Deviled Eggs!
