Recipe FAQs
- Want to make it a little more creamy? If you want to lighten up any spiciness from the buffalo sauce you can always add in a dollop of plain greek yogurt or plain dairy-free yogurt with the chicken + buffalo sauce!
- What should I put in this chicken wrap? In the recipe card, we used romaine lettuce, celery, blue cheese crumbles, and a little extra buffalo sauce. Other great options include ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing, tomatoes, red onion, hot sauce, carrots, cheddar cheese, other veggies, bacon, or even some hard-boiled egg! So many options!

We may have 10 different hot sauces in the fridge at any given time… but I’m not sure anything beats the traditional tang of Frank’s hot sauce! Our family loves this recipe and I love how easy (and fun!) it is to put together. It definitely allows each person to custom order – some want extra sauce, some prefer without blue cheese, some like celery and carrots, some don’t. No problem! I also appreciate that Erin gives you three ways to make shredded chicken in a separate tutorial/article. This is a fast weekday meal that I can manage to make in good time. Yum!
