Our Sweet Potato Sticks are a delicious & simple recipe for baked sweet potato sticks that are perfect as a snack or an easy side dish!
Ingredients

- 2–3 medium sweet potatoes
- 2–3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (sub avocado oil)
- 1–2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- pinch of kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Use a sharp kitchen knife to cut sweet potatoes into large strips (approx 1/2 inch thick) and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with olive oil until all the potatoes are very lightly coated. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pinch of salt and toss.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
- Check after 20 minutes and bake for additional 5 minute increments, if not done to your liking.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- Serving Suggestion: we love to dip them in ranch dressing or a simple mustard mayo!
- Storage: leftover sticks can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
