Description

Our Sweet Potato Sticks are a delicious & simple recipe for baked sweet potato sticks that are perfect as a snack or an easy side dish!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 23 medium sweet potatoes
  • 23 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (sub avocado oil)
  • 12 tablespoons ground cinnamon
  • pinch of kosher salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Use a sharp kitchen knife to cut sweet potatoes into large strips (approx 1/2 inch thick) and place them in a large bowl.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil until all the potatoes are very lightly coated. Sprinkle with cinnamon and pinch of salt and toss.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
  6. Check after 20 minutes and bake for additional 5 minute increments, if not done to your liking.
  7. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Serving Suggestion: we love to dip them in ranch dressing or a simple mustard mayo!
  • Storage: leftover sticks can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for 4-5 days.
