Best Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip
Whether you are planning apps for a party, Holiday get-together or Game Day … this recipe needs to be on your menu! Made dairy-free by using a dairy-free cream cheese so everyone can enjoy it (but no one will be able to tell the difference – it tastes like classic buffalo chicken dip)! Maybe serve with some Smoked Chicken Wings, Veggie Dip or some Whipped Feta (also dairy-free friendly).

What You Will Need
- Shredded Chicken: Check out this post on 3 Ways to Shred Chicken for ideas, but you can always use a rotisserie chicken if you want (I would check your ingredients though – some rotisserie chicken contain lots of weird ingredients!).
- Frank’s Red Hot, Homemade Buffalo Sauce or Paleo Store-Bought Buffalo Sauce
- Dairy-Free Cream Cheese: I used this type of dairy-free cream cheese through testing and it worked amazing!
- (Optional) Ranch Dressing: If you want your dip EXTRA creamy and not quite as thick I would suggest adding in some ranch dressing to thin it out. I used my homemade version, but this store-bought is great too!
- Toppings: celery and green onions

How To Make Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip
Add shredded chicken to a medium mixing bowl.
Add hot sauce or buffalo sauce and dairy-free cream cheese (and ranch if you want).
Mix to fully combine.
Add to small baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake until warm, bubbly, and slightly golden brown on top.
Serve with celery on the side and chopped green onions on top!

Description
Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip (Dairy-Free) – a creamy and delicious buffalo chicken dip that is made with simple, clean ingredients and is dairy-free!
Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked and shredded chicken breast, approx. 2 medium sized chicken breasts
- 8oz dairy-free cream cheese (I used this kind)
- 1/2 cup Frank’s Red Hot, Homemade Buffalo Sauce or Paleo Store-Bought Buffalo Sauce
- (Optional) 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- Toppings: green onion, chopped
- Serving: Celery
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Add shredded chicken, dairy-free cream cheese, sauce and ranch dressing (optional) to a medium-sized mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
- Pour into shallow baking dish and bake on middle rack for 20-25 minutes or until warm all the way through.
- Serve with celery and garnish with chopped green onions.

This is so easy and so good! With just 3 ingredients (4 ingredients if you add the ranch) – you can whip this in no time! The vegan cream cheese makes it gooey and satisfying! Definitely recommend!
