Thanksgiving is right around the corner (can you believe it!) and I don’t know about you guys, but my Thanksgiving dinner is a mix of some not-so-healthy recipes that are family traditions and some healthy-ish recipes too! I like having a mix – there are some family recipes that we just cannot skip (don’t want to, never will!), but then there are some recipes I absolutely LOVE serving a healthier version of its former self!!
