Here is some meal inspiration for you that will help you utilize what you have in your pantry and in your freezer!
Pantry and Freezer-Friendly Meals
Here is a list of some of the recipes on The Wooden Skillet that are pantry and freezer-friendly. After each recipe title there is a set of parenthesis within which I am highlighting MOST of the ingredients and how they can be pulled from either from the pantry or freezer. I hope this helps you skim through and really narrow down what recipes might work for you given what you have in your freezer or pantry. Again, there may be a few more ingredients in the full recipe, but I am listing the main ingredients for you!!
I also include some suggestions as to whether the recipe would go with pasta or rice – sometimes this will change an otherwise paleo/whole30 recipe into being non-compliant – FYI!! I just want you guys to have easy meal ideas that are healthy!
Also, I know some people right now aren’t going to have all of these ingredients! I will have more resources coming your way soon!
